Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for fragrance decants, samples, or any opened or used products.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed.

After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, orders may enter processing and can no longer be cancelled.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A faulty item
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost during transit, please contact us at:

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work towards an appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
