Order Processing

Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, Scent Select Co cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays, losses, or additional shipping costs.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, delivery is under the control of that carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, please allow the estimated delivery timeframe to pass before contacting us.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
